Plan the event. Let the app do the ingredient maths.
AnnaSutra is a catering app for your phone. Keep your events and menus in one place, see exactly how much of everything you need for the guest count, and send each supplier their own order list in a few taps.
The iPhone version is coming soon.
A catering business should not run on a notebook and memory.
Most caterers already know their food. What eats the time is everything around it. Event details sit in one chat, menus in another, and the ingredient list gets rebuilt from scratch every time a booking changes. One wrong number and you are either short on rice or paying for sacks you never used.
Event dates, venues and guest counts are scattered across notebooks, WhatsApp chats and loose paper, so something is always out of date.
Working out how much onion, oil or paneer a menu needs for 350 guests is slow, and a small slip becomes a big shortfall on the day.
Every supplier needs their own list, and writing those out by hand late at night is where mistakes creep in.
When you take a bigger booking or a second function on the same day, there is no easy way to see the full quantity for everything at once.
From a booking to a supplier's order list, in one app.
You teach AnnaSutra your menu once. After that, every event is a matter of picking dishes and entering the guest count. The app does the arithmetic and prepares the lists.
Events and functions
Save each booking with the customer, venue and dates. Add every function inside it, such as a haldi, a wedding lunch and a reception dinner, each with its own timing and guest count.
Your own menu and recipes
Build your dishes and write each recipe once, for 100 guests. AnnaSutra scales it to any head count, so a menu of 80 or 800 needs no extra effort.
Ingredient totals that add up
See the quantity of every ingredient for one function or for the whole event. The app's estimate sits beside an order quantity you can change, with a note for the supplier such as which variety you want.
A list for every supplier
Set your usual supplier for each kind of ingredient once. AnnaSutra splits the order by supplier and creates a clean PDF purchase order for each, with delivery date, time and place filled in.
Share it the way you already do
Send an order list from your phone to WhatsApp or any other app. Your suppliers do not need to install anything or sign up for anything.
In your language
Use AnnaSutra in English, Hindi or Marathi. The order lists follow the language you choose, and the names you type for dishes and suppliers stay exactly as you wrote them.
Works without a signal
Your events, menu and suppliers live on your phone, so the app opens and works at a venue with poor network or none. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.
Built for a busy phone screen.
Big buttons, plain words and no clutter. These are real screens from the app, shown with sample data.
Whoever takes the booking, and whoever places the orders.
AnnaSutra is made for small and mid sized caterers, especially in smaller cities where the owner still handles most of it personally.
Caterer or business owner
Takes the booking, sets the menu and wants the quantities right without sitting down with a calculator every night.
Whoever places the orders
Opens the event, checks the ingredient list, tweaks a quantity and sends each supplier their list before the day.

Things caterers ask before they install.
Does AnnaSutra cost anything?
You can use every feature free for 30 days, with no card or payment details. After the trial the app becomes read only, so you can still see your data and send existing order lists. To keep creating and editing, write to us and we will share the plans.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. Events, menus, recipes and suppliers are stored on your phone and the app works without a signal. You only need a connection when you send an order list, because that goes through WhatsApp or whichever app you choose.
Where is my data kept?
On your phone, and nowhere else. There is no account and Tatvarth Systems does not receive your events, customers or suppliers. Because of that, deleting the app or clearing its data removes everything, so keep your phone safe.
How are the ingredient quantities worked out?
You write each recipe once for 100 guests. AnnaSutra scales every dish to the guest count of each function and adds the totals together. The result is an estimate, and you can change any quantity before you order.
Which languages does it support?
English, Hindi and Marathi. The app picks up your phone's language on first launch, and you can change it in Settings. Order lists are created in the language you have chosen.
Can I use AnnaSutra on an iPhone?
AnnaSutra is on Google Play for Android. For iPhone, the App Store button at the top of this page appears as soon as that version is live. Write to us if you would like to hear first.
Who is AnnaSutra for?
Event caterers who plan menus and buy ingredients from several suppliers, whether you cook for weddings, functions, corporate events or community gatherings.
