Your website's inquiries deserve better than a shared inbox.
Sampreshan catches the messages from your website forms, filters out the spam, and keeps each one in a dashboard where you can see what is new, who replied, and what is still waiting.
A form that emails one person is not a system.
Most website forms send a message to a single inbox and call it done. Then that person goes on leave, a real inquiry lands in spam, two colleagues reply to the same message, or nobody does. Months later no one can say how many people wrote in, or how many got an answer.
Inquiries land in one person's inbox, so when they are away or move on, the messages go with them.
Spam and bot submissions bury the real inquiries, and sorting them out becomes a daily chore.
There is no record of whether a message was read, answered, or left alone, so follow-ups depend on someone's memory.
If you run more than one website, the messages from each one get mixed together or scattered across different mailboxes.
One place for every message, with the spam already gone.
Your website form posts to Sampreshan instead of straight to an inbox. Each submission is checked, saved, and shown in a dashboard built for the people who have to answer it.
Bot checks on every submission
Each submission passes a Cloudflare Turnstile check and a hidden honeypot field before it is saved. Submissions are also rate limited and only accepted from your own website's address.
One dashboard for each site
Every website gets its own dashboard and its own inquiries, kept apart from the others, so nothing gets mixed up when you run more than one site.
Status, notes, and tags
Mark an inquiry unread, read, or archived, leave internal notes your team can see, and tag it your own way. Deleted items wait in trash until you restore them or remove them for good.
Replies from the dashboard
Answer an inquiry by email without leaving the page. Every reply is saved against the inquiry, so you can always see what was sent and when.
An email when something arrives
A short email tells you when a new inquiry comes in. If sending it fails, it is retried automatically instead of being lost.
Analytics and export
See how many inquiries come in, how they split by status, which days are busiest, and how quickly you reply. Export any filtered view to CSV when you need the data somewhere else.
Whoever owns the website, and whoever answers the messages.
Each website has one shared sign-in, so there is no long list of accounts to manage. The people who write to you never need an account at all.
Business owner
Wants to know that inquiries are being answered and none are slipping through, without having to chase anyone.
Whoever handles inquiries
Opens the dashboard, sees what is new, replies, adds a note, and moves on to the next one.
